All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 2:00 PM (EST) may be processed the following business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Processing vs. Shipping Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order before it is shipped. Shipping time refers to the time it takes for the carrier to deliver your order after it has been shipped.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location.

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high order volume.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


International Shipping (Canada)

For orders shipped to Canada, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow time for tracking updates to become available.


Multiple Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking updates for each shipment.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Dainty Curves is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Dainty Curves is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. However, our team is happy to assist you in locating your package and guiding you through the next steps.
