It. Love the way it gives me the slimmer look and a flatter stomach and the butt lifting effect. The elasticity around the waist and thighs just hold the wear in place, no rolling up. The only issue I have was the hooks that stretched out in the middle but the strong zipper holds everything in perfect shape. Yes, I recommend you give it a try
