At Dainty Curves, we take pride in providing high-quality shapewear designed to enhance your confidence and comfort. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds to original payment methods.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items.
To qualify:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must be attached
- Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
All returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Dainty Curves reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as sale, discounted, or purchased during promotional events are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photos of the issue
We will review and provide a replacement or appropriate solution.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, exchanges or store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days.
