We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee exact color accuracy across all devices. We recommend reviewing our size guide carefully, as fit may vary based on body type.

 

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized activity.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its authorized payment providers.

 

Orders & Account Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or placed by resellers.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed. Please review all details carefully before submitting your order.

 

Shipping

Dainty Curves ships within the United States and Canada. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high order volume.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

For orders shipped to Canada, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required upon delivery. These charges are not included in your purchase total.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.

Dainty Curves is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds to original payment methods.

We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items.

To qualify:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must be attached

Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Dainty Curves reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
